Los sistemas de detección perimetral inalámbricos de OPTEX disponen de muchas ventajas. La comodidad y flexibilidad que ofrece son los beneficios más significativos. Los sensores inalámbricos de movimiento o anti intrusión, son comunmente utilizados para un uso en interiores, pero sorprendentemente son menos utilizados en instalaciones al aire libre. Durante décadas la gama de productos de OPTEX ha incluido sensores alimentados por batería que se pueden agregar a cualquier panel de alarma inalámbrico o a cualquier receptor inalámbrico conectado a un sistema de CCTV.

¿Cuáles son las ventajas clave de los detectores OPTEX inalámbricos?

Son muy fiables en ambientes al aire libre.
Disponen de una corriente extremadamente baja, que proporciona una mayor duración de la batería (aproximadamente 3 años en promedio con la batería recomendada)
El sensor puede, en la mayoría de los casos, alimentarse desde las baterías del transmisor.
La mayoría de los transmisores inalámbricos del mercado encajarán dentro de la carcasa del sensor.

Más allá de la seguridad, los sensores inalámbricos al aire libre también podrían utilizarse para activar luces, sistemas de advertencia o anuncios cuando se utilizan con una interfaz adecuada.
