Si tratta di un complesso turistico molto importante che ha chiaramente bisogno di essere protetto dal vandalismo per garantire la sua perfetta conservazione il più a lungo possibile.

Così, all’inizio del 2013, la Wessex Fire and Security è stata incaricata di gestire il progetto di fornitura, installazione e messa in funzione dei sistemi antincendio e di sicurezza per il nuovo centro visitatori di Stonehenge. La nuova struttura di Stonehenge comprendeva tre edifici: il centro visitatori principale, un edificio ausiliario (per tutti gli impianti, i veicoli e i macchinari) e un centro/posto di sicurezza (il vecchio centro visitatori).

Stonehenge richiedeva un sofisticato sistema di rilevamento perimetrale e di sicurezza di alto livello.

GJD ha lavorato a stretto contatto con Wessex Fire and Security per produrre e installare il nuovo sistema di sicurezza per il sito di Stonehenge.

L’uso degli illuminatori a LED infrarossi Clarius® di GJD ha soddisfatto un requisito importante per il progetto, poiché la verifica del processo è stata effettuata con un sistema di analisi video. Era quindi necessario separare le telecamere dalle sorgenti a infrarossi per ridurre al minimo l’attrazione degli insetti verso le telecamere. Sono state studiate diverse alternative e alla fine è stata scelta GJD per la sua qualità e la sua precedente esperienza.

Stonehenge aveva bisogno di un sofisticato sistema di rilevamento perimetrale e di sicurezza di alto livello e gli illuminatori a infrarossi Clarius erano perfetti per queste esigenze in quanto funzionano insieme alle telecamere in bianco e nero, giorno e notte, fornendo una luce invisibile all’occhio umano, ma completamente visibile alla telecamera CCTV.

How to create a more efficient and stable Video Surveillance System with KBC Networks’ Wireless Solutions
